Kyleigh and I clicked the first day we met literally. We played volleyball together before school started, which then lead to us wanting to sit next to each other in class. Then, I became apart of her family and she became apart of mine. We have pretty much been inseparable ever since. She is my sister from another mister. I'm excited to have her by my side for our big day!

Brooke Barnes

Brooke and I met Freshman year of high school but didn't become close until senior year of high school at HCA. Most of our memories come from working at Hidden Acres together. Brooke is someone who can make you laugh when you least expect it. She has the sweetest spirit. I can't wait for her to stand by my side!

Rebekah Beaver

Rebekah and I met at Tarleton because we lived in the same hall and were both education majors. We were roommates Sophomore and Junior year which is when we became close friends. Rebekah is one of the sweetest people you will meet. She is a great listener and provides great advice. Rebekah and I are usually talking about something education related because well we are teachers. I can't wait to have her stand by my side on our big day during summer break!

Shayna Denuyl

Shayna and I met at HCA in high school. We played softball together and went to Tarleton together. Shayna and I got close during college. I can always count on Shayna to be there for me. She is someone who encourages you and cheers you on with a little sass of course. Shayna is your biggest cheerleader and I can't wait for her to be there for me on our big day!

Mariah Graciano

Mariah and I met when I was born. She is my older cousin by 5 months. Mariah and I have been best friends for since I can remember. She has always been like my sister then my cousin. Mariah has been there for me through the ups and downs and I cant imagine this day without her. I can't wait to have her on my side on our big day!

Kacie Hoagland

Kacie and I met through Rob. Kacie is Kyle's (the best man) wife. We had our first double date early on and knew then that Kacie and I would be good friends. We usually talk about how crazy the guys are... JK. Kacie and I usually just talk all things life. It is easy to be around Kacie because she is so welcoming. I can't wait for her to be by my side on our big day!

Loren Lucyk

Loren and I met through Rob. Her and Rob were Paramedics on the same ambulance. After Loren and I met when we went to Jersey... I knew why her and Rob were so close. She is an amazing friend and person. We always have great conversations about just about anything. Rob and I can always count on her to be there for us no matter what it is. I can't wait for her to be there for me on our big day!

Sarah Mote

We met in class at Tarleton. We actually became close because we complained about all the crazy people we had in our math class. It lead to a bond that could never be broken. After freshman year, we didn't have any classes together so we met for fro yo. Sarah made college easier because of her humor and consistent encouragement. Sarah made me seem like I wasn't crazy even when I was going crazy about classes. I can't wait for her to laugh with me on our special day!

Ashlyn Wilson

Ashlyn and I met when I was born. Ashlyn is my cousin. We were pretty close growing up and have just stayed close as we became older. I cannot imagine life without her. She is loyal, caring, and a great listener. We have shared many of life's greatest adventures together, as well as laughs. I can't wait to have her stand by my side on our big day!

Kyle and Rob met working on the ambulance in Jersey City, because two twenty year olds pushing an ambulance in the ghetto was a great idea on their supervisor's end......anyways! Rob has always been able to rely on Kyle for any challenge life threw his way and is an integral part of this love story. Through Kyle's hospitality, Rob was able to move to Texas and meet Katy! Kyle was also Rob's emergency plan on Katy and Rob's first date, in the event she decided to steal a kidney and leave Rob in a motel somewhere.

Will McEvoy

Will and Rob first met over FaceTime while Will was living in Rome for work. Rob had always been nervous meeting Will because he was afraid that they wouldn't get along, now they share amusement in annoying Katy. Will and Katy had always been extremely close growing up and partaking in the same shenanigans siblings typically do by annoying each other, being a constant thorn in each other's side, and most of all looking out for each other. Knowing the relationship Katy and Will have, Rob is excited to have a brother to share fun memories with and to have a partner to continue to annoy Katy.

Mike Petronella

Another tale originating from Jersey City, Mike was Rob's partner during medic school. Instantly they became thick as thieves and would routinely get asked if they were related given their shared sense of humor, constant uniform policy violation by wearing their hats backward, and similar vertically challenged heights. Mike has always been a brother to Rob and celebrated his accomplishments and laughed at Rob during his mess ups (all in good fun). Without Mike, Rob may not have mentally survived the trials and tribulations of medic school and work at JCMC.

Kaden Denuyl

Kaden and Rob first met not long after he started dating Katy. As Shayna and Katy worried if Rob and Kaden would get along, they were becoming best of friends! Even to the point of joint nuisance to Katy and Shayna. Kaden and Rob always find themselves sharing laughs, enjoying cold beers, and sharing pop culture references. Whether at a Hardy and Koe Wetzel concert at Billy Bob's or spending time camping with friends and family in Oklahoma, Rob and Kaden find themselves always having a grand ole time.

Billy Murray

Billy and Rob became friends over a pull-up and a Bud Light (yes there was a time Rob could do an actual pull-up). These two have been thick as thieves, through the good times and bad times, since high school. Finding trouble to get into in Edison, spending nights down the shore, and any other adventure they could find, Billy has always been a brother to Rob. Through thick and thin, Rob has relied on Billy more than he could count on and Billy was there without hesitation.

Mike Midkiff

From hanging out at hilltop park to camping trips to deep conversations and contemplating life, Mike has been Rob's close friend since high school. Mike has always been the grounding presence in the group, guiding people away from, well blatantly stupid, decisions or staying calm when Rob was almost ran over by his own car (Rob had a thing for crazy girls back in the day) and having a laugh with Rob after the incident. Regardless of how hectic Rob and Mike's schedules are, when they get together they pick up where they left off and it's as if no time has passed them at all.

Travis Tuytjens

From St. James elementary school to volunteering at the same first aid squad, Rob and Travis have been close friends for over 20 years (that's a really long time and Rob might be in a little bit of denial about that). Travis and Rob have been through it all, schoolyard shenanigans, camping trips with the boy scouts, to the craziest of ambulance experiences, these two have watched out for each other without hesitation. To find a close friend you can rely on is no easy task, to find one that you can build over two decades of fond memories and experiences with is a blessing that Rob is grateful for.

Rob McMahon

McMahon and Rob met, yes you guessed it, working at Jersey City Medical Center together. Mentoring Rob as a young EMT, medic student, medic, and friend McMahon has always been the person to tell Rob what he needed to hear and not what he wanted to hear (probably saved Rob from a lot of headaches by doing so). McMahon would laugh at Rob's inability to stay awake on their trips to Pennsylvania to pick up Autumn and remind him that he was Italian by calling Rob greaseball, spaghetti bender, or goomba (almost ended up in a supervisor's office once or twice for the "terms of endearment" toward each other). These two could find their way in and out of trouble together and maintain a demeanor of nothing ever happened, all while hiding their snickering from an aggravated supervisor or coworker.

Brian Turner

Another friend due to the ambulance (bit of theme here isn't there?), Brian and Rob met volunteering at the same first aid squad. Brian has been a mentor as much as a friend, encouraging Rob to have a fun time but in ways where he won't get in trouble. Brian has taught Rob about life, ambulance driving, and why he should stay away from crazy girls (Brian was super excited when he heard Katy was a teacher, you know, a normal person job). Just like a big brother, Brian continues to watch out for Rob and his family all while reminiscing about late night viewings of the show on the driveway of the squad building and other shenanigans they found themselves in.
