Some of our favorite restaurants are in this shopping center. Market Tavern, Midgley's Public House, Heirloom Kitchen and Prime Steakhouse just to name a handful. There's 85 degree Bakery Cafe and other Asian eateries. There's also an Axe Throwing Bar if you're into that. This is a great area if you're looking for some good food and the plaza across has several options as well.
If you're hungry you can't go wrong here and this district has several places within a few blocks. Craving sushi go to Cocoro, Thai Me Up is one our faves and Ibiza for tapas and sangria. Go to the Black Rabbit if you want a good craft cocktail. Several night spots are located in this area if you feel like painting the town.
Lodi Wine is some of the best in California if not the world. Large wineries like Michael David are fun and definitely a must. We like more small intimate settings such as Klinker Brick. They have great wine and always offer good charcuterie. We also frequent Mettler if you want another option. Do at least two or three to take advantage of being in the area.
If you have time I highly recommend taking a boat out into the Delta. I'm sure they have paddle boards and kayaks too. It's fun and you get to explore docking at a restaurant/bar across the way or having a picnic on the water. At the Marina there's Garlic Brothers if you just want to eat and enjoy the water and sunset.
If you have kids/teenagers and the hotel pool just isn't enough get a day pass and let the kids go wild at Great Wolf Lodge water park in Manteca. You can stay there if it's more convenient as well.
