Maid of Honor
Lindsey and Katy have been best friends since preschool. Their friendship has become a sisterhood over the years and they remain close even after Lindsey moved to Maine. Katy and Lindsey have many childhood memories, including trips to Ocean City, MD and countless sleepovers.
Matron of Honor
Meridyth moved to Fairhaven in 3rd grade and Katy and her instantly became besties. Their friendship has only grown stronger into adulthood. They always make time for each other despite busy schedules, including celebrating holidays like Halloween and St. Patty's Day together.
Bridesman
Katy and Travis have been best friends since they met in middle school. You always see lots of laughter when the two of them are in a room together. They have many fond memories at FHS, the Portuguese feasts, and celebrating many birthdays and New Years Eve's.
Bridesmaid
Amber and Katy met in junior year of college. Since then they have gone on many adventures, including many trips out in Worcester, MA where they met and visiting Amber while she has lived in Mexico. They both love trying new foods and traveling.
Bridesmaid
Liz and Katy met on an adventures ropes course several years ago and haven't stopped trying new things together since! Liz helped Paul and Katy celebrate their engagement weekend on the NH slopes. You can always catch the two of them soaking up the sun at the beach.
Bridesmaid
Heather and Katy met when Katy moved back to Fairhaven after being an OT in CA. They were both living in Fairhaven at the time and met on a hike. They've become great friends and have enjoyed skiing and hanging out frequently after work before she recently moved to VT.
Bridesmaid
Theresa is Paul's sister and Katy's future sister-in-law. Theresa and Katy enjoy connecting over their shared careers in healthcare and vacationing with family.
Best Man
Sawyer and Paul met in class their first semester of college and quickly became friends as they both arrived to class on their longboards and were both from MA. They were roommates for their sophomore and junior years and had a blast at Camp Eckerd. They dominated club soccer and intramural sports together. These days they often throw their golf clubs together, shred the slopes, and share an affinity for gardening. Sawyers aight.
Groomsman
Tom and Paul met circa 2014 in Dartmouth when Tom moved into one of the upstairs bedrooms at 865 Smith Neck Road. They quickly became friends and bonded over Boston sports teams watching Celtics, Bruins, and Patriots games together. Tom is always down to get down and party. Tom has a terrible taste in music. These days they often golf, murk, and rob banks together. Tom is cool.
Groomsman
Conor and Paul also met circa 2014. Conor moved into 865 Smith Neck as Paul moved out, but they quickly became friends as they both rep the 865. When Conor isn’t watching the NY Yankees and NY Giants stink up a storm he can be found at the end of the rainbow with a pot of gold (he’s the leprechaun looking guy). Conor likes to get golf lessons from Paul and hopes to someday win a “closest to the pin” challenge. Conor is kinda cool too sometimes and has an even worse taste in music than Tom.
Groomsman
Gregory (aka Bobo) and Paul became friends during their sophomore year of college. Paul and Bobo lived in the same dorm junior and senior year. Paul gives Greg lessons in tennis, badminton, sailing, and super smash bros. Greg’s a good sport although Paul never lets him in win at any of those things. Bobo is always cracking bad jokes and putting a smile on everyone’s face; and doesn’t mind that everyone’s laughing at him. He’s pretty cool sometimes.
Groomsman
Yimmy the Tulip is a hill billy hit man and one of Paul’s best friends and first friends from college. Jim is the most selfish person you’ll ever meet. Just kidding, Jim would force you to take his last beer if he saw you at a party without one. Paul and Jim used to shred the wake gnar and snow gnar all the time. Jim has been in Florida too long and will probably grow a mullet someday. He and Maddie need to move to New England. Jim likes cats; he has seven that we know of.
Groomsman
Andy is Paul’s big cuz. Growing up, Paul beat Andy at everything; basketball, baseball, ping pong, video games, you name it. Now Paul can drink Andy under the table, but that’s not saying much. Just kidding. Andy is a beast and was like Paul’s big brother from New Jersey. They both love competition and sports. They used to shred every winter when they were kids. Andy is the man.
Groomsman
Sean is one of Paul’s OG friends. Sean and Paul grew up terrorizing kids on the soccer field as Hingham’s premier talents. They both surely could have gone pro if they wanted, but they were too dedicated to their studies at school getting straight A’s every semester. They’ve enjoyed many nature walks through Wompatuck State Park. Paul lost Sean’s favorite putter the first time Paul ever golfed and he will never hear the end of it. Sean is also the man.
Flower Girls
Taryn and Layla are Katy's extremely lovable cousins who have grown up spending lots of time with Katy and Paul at family gatherings. They especially love hanging out with Hazel and toasting marshmallows around the many fires the Farrell family has together.
Ring Bearer
Hazel entered Paul and Katy's lives about 6 years ago when they adopted her from Port Saint Lucie, Texas. Now she is their beloved fur baby and always claims a spot on the couch next to them. Hazel is the sweetest most gentle pup. She's the ring bearer. You better clap and cheer when she comes down the aisle with Taryn and Layla!
