Travel Note
We have a room block set aside to allow guests to receive a discounted group rate on rooms along with transportation to and from the airport. The room block is through Dawn and she will assist everyone with booking their rooms and transport based upon flight times. She can also assist you with booking flights if you would like to go through her. You don’t have to book flights through her, but you do have to book through her to get the discounted group rate. Please check the contact information you have saved so that her husband does not have to respond during his time of grief.
