Here are a few reminders for guest when booking reservations:
A 2-night minimum is required for all reservations. Reservations will not be accepted that do not meet the minimum night requirement.
A security deposit of $300.00 is required per reservation. Deposit will be released at check-out if there are no incidentals or damages to rooms or property.
Guests may cancel up to fourteen (14) days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of their deposit. Reservations cancelled less than fourteen (14) days from the day of arrival; no shows and early departures will not receive any refunds.
