When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please try to arrive at least 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have plenty of time to get settled in!

Where should we stay?

Answer

There are a lot of great airbnbs around Meadville & Conneaut Lake! If you prefer a hotel, we suggest the Holiday Inn Express Meadville (11 min from Venue) & the Hampton Inn Meadville (14 min from Venue). FYI: if the pricing seems a bit high, let the Hampton Inn know! They told me that they can usually lower prices & work with people.

Are our kids invited?

Answer

We absolutely adore our friends’ kids!!! However, we have lots of friends with lots of kids and, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate all of them at our wedding. If you are traveling from out of town & need to bring your children with you, they are welcome to come. If you are local, we will miss having your kids with us, but hope that you can enjoy our wedding as a special date night! :)

YES! Please be sure to inform us of all of your dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Yup! We are registered at both Target and Crate & Barrel. You can also access our full registry on this website.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking should be easy for you! There is a parking lot big enough to accommodate all of our guests at The Harper Event Venue.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please wear semi-formal or dressy casual attire. Whatever you prefer - ranging from nice slacks & a dress shirt to a suit and tie for men or ranging from dress pants and a nice shirt to a cocktail dress for women. We want our guests to have fun & be comfortable!
