What is happening here?

Answer

We have decided to have a private ceremony just the two of us in Katy's favorite city in the world. Even though no one will be physically attending the ceremony, we want invite everyone to be there virtually as we tie the knot, share our vows, and become one.

We are both incredibly lucky to have such big families and supportive friends. As much as we would love to have all of our loved ones attend, we strongly believe in starting our marriage in exclusive unity.
