The RSVP tab should now be visible. Put in your name to find your family's reservation.
Question
Will there be a recommended hotel?
Answer
We recommend Marriott (https://www.marriott.com/en-us/hotels/cltmu-unc-charlotte-marriott-hotel-and-conference-center/overview/?scid=f2ae0541-1279-4f24-b197-a979c79310b0) as it is near the venue and the light rail in case anyone would like to visit downtown.

How do I see the full schedule?
Answer
If you confirm your identity via RSVP, it will show you the full schedule along with addresses. At the top of the page after you RSVP it gives the option for you to send yourself an email copy of the schedule. We will also be sending out additional communications regarding the wedding to all so that everyone has the details.

Can there be additional guests?
Answer
If there has been a guest left off your RSVP list please reach out to the bride and groom to see if they can be added.

Are children welcome?
Answer
Yes, children are welcome! Be sure to include them in your RSVP if they will need a meal. Parental guidance should be exercised after dinner as the dance floor will not be maintained as child-appropriate.

Dietary Restrictions
Answer
If you have allergies or special food conditions, please reach out to us (bride and groom) so that we can accommodate those. Your food will be earmarked for your seat and brought to you.

Extended Parking
Answer
The front parking by the house will fill up fast. Please follow signs for additional parking on Watkins St. Directions from the S Old Statesville Rd and S Main St traffic circle: take a right from the traffic circle onto Mt. Holly-Huntersville Rd. Take the second right onto Watkins St (the first right leads you into the main Hunter House parking). You will see additional parking after the first house on the right. See present signage.

When do we need to arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony starts at 4pm, so please arrive between 3:30pm and 3:50pm.

Answer
We are requesting formal attire. Please note the ceremony and dinner are outdoors and the terrain is a mix of sidewalks, stone pathways and grassy terrain.
