Is there a dress code?

Answer

Beach Casual attire! Think sundresses, linen button down shirts (short sleeves are okay), khakis, and comfortable sandals or heels. It’s going to be hot & we want you guys to be comfortable!

Is the resort all inclusive?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding is at an all-inclusive resort, which means your stay includes accommodations, all meals, drinks (including alcohol), and many on-site activities.

Is there a deposit to book a room?

Answer

Yes. There is a non-refundable deposit of $50 per person or $100 per room (double occupancy), whichever is greater, to secure your room reservation.

When is payment due?

Answer

50% of the payment is due on May 1st, 2026 & 100% is due by June 1st, 2026 if you paid for travel insurance. Otherwise 100% of the payment is due May 1st, 2026.

We highly recommend booking your stay as soon as possible to take advantage of the best rates and availability. Flexible payment plans are available through our wedding travel agent, making it easy to reserve your spot now and pay over time.

We're so grateful to celebrate with our closest friends and family. If a plus-one is included, their name will appear on your invitation. Thank you for your love and understanding!

We recommend staying from September 3rd through September 7th to enjoy all the wedding festivities, but guests are welcome to stay longer if they want!

With the wedding on the 4th, we recommend staying the 3rd-7th or the 2nd-6th.

Is there a minimum night stay?

Answer

Yes, there is a minimum 4 night stay at the hotel.

How can I book?

By using the QR code provided on the luggage tag invitation or through the link on the travel page of our Zola Website. Our travel agents information is provided on the travel page should you need any help.

Can I still book if I missed the room block deposit?

Answer

Yes, we have a few rooms saved in the room block. You can book a room through the link on the travel tab. If the booking website is no longer active, please reach out to us or the travel agent if you would like to request a room.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Cancun International Airport (CUN). Our travel agent will help book your stay at the hotel but everyone must book their flight separately.

How will I get to the resort?

Answer

We are providing a complimentary round trip shuttle to guests booked in our room block.
