They usually do this a couple of days before you arrive—maybe even sooner! We’ve already given them your flight details, so you’re all set! If you don’t hear from them, no worries! You can let us know or just contact the hotel directly at prearrivallbcab@leblancsparesorts.com. Don’t forget to download the Le Blanc app! It’s super user-friendly for making dinner reservations, booking spa services, and even choosing options like pillow types. It’s a blast! 🍽️✨ Also, make sure you get WhatsApp! When you check in, that’s how the butlers will text you, and you can ask them for all sorts of goodies once you have one assigned to you. They can help book your activities, get fresh towels, ice in your room when you return, and even set up a hot bath with champagne after dinner! 🍾🛁 Just ask them over WhatsApp or once you check in! By the way, Friday night dinner is all set with reservations! Breakfast is usually at the same place, and it’s a fantastic buffet with loads of choices.
