How soon can I book the hotel?

Answer

The sooner the better so you have options. If you are wanting to stay more nights than January 20th. and 21st., please contact +505 8672-0303 via WhatsApp or via email concierge@ranchosantana.com with your days and let them know you are reserving for the weeding and provide our discount code.

Does the hotel welcomes children?

Answer

The hotel welcomes everyone! Professional babysitting will be provided at the hotel by request for the wedding day or a date night in town. Contact them for services and fees. El hotel le da la bienvenida a toda la familia incluyendo niños. Ofrecen niñeras profesionales que pueden utilizar para el día de la boda o una noche en el centro de la ciudad. Contácten el hotel para reservar sus servicios.

Is the wedding kids friendly?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair. Please celebrate with us at an adults-only reception immediately following the ceremony to allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry. Aunque amamos a sus niños, esta es una celebración para adultos solamente. Por favor celebren con nosotros la recepción para adultos después de la ceremonia, así todos pueden disfrutar de una noche de relajación y fiesta.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited venue space, we are having to keep our wedding as small as possible and share our special day with our loved ones. Thank you for your understanding! Puedo llevar a alguien? Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes, our ceremony will be held and the chapel (not walking distance) at Rancho Santana. Transportation will be provided to and from the Chapel. Si, nuestra ceremonia será en la capilla de Rancho Santana. Transportación gratuita será proveída hacia y desde la capilla.

Answer

We will be honored to have you and only require your presence, but if you were thinking of giving a gift, we would greatly appreciate a gift of cash to help us for our honey moon and home improvements.
