Q & A

If you have any other questions than those listed below, please reach out to Katy (636-486-5049) or Austin (816-977-8548) for more information!
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our special day! We are requesting everyone arrive in formal/formal cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim, tennis shoes, and avoid shades of white.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, invitations will be specific and include the names of children who are invited. If you do not see your child's name, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

Question

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 25th, using the RSVP tab in the menu. If you do not RSVP, we will assume you are unable to attend.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has free on-site parking that will be monitored by security throughout the night. We encourage guests to uber/lyft from the hotels downtown. There will be signs to direct your to lots owned by the Guild.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place indoors. There will be options to go to the outdoor area for yard games during cocktail hour if guest prefer.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! The bars will open following the ceremony and remain open throughout the night. For this reason, we encourage you to uber/lyft to and from the venue. Please make sure you have a way to get home safely.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us during the ceremony and we want our incredible photographer to get the best pictures. We promise to share them all! Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you would like and don't forget to share them with us!
