When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP through this website via the RSVP page on or before September 23, 2023 Saturday. Should there be any changes with your response, kindly notify us as soon as possible so we can reallocate your seat/s.

What time should we arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will strictly start at 3:00 PM so please DO NOT be late! Don't miss the bridal march. We would appreciate your presence in both the ceremony and the reception. Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony starts and consider traffic in your prep and travel time.

Do we really need to RSVP? We already said yes to the couple.

Yes, please. We will need this in order to consolidate guest details and finalize the headcount for catering and seating purposes.

Question

I've already RSVP'd NO but my schedule has since changed and I can now attend. What should I do?

Answer

Please let us know as soon as possible. Having said that, please understand that we may have reallocated your seat/s to another party. Therefore, we can not guarantee the same number of seats or one at all.

Can I bring my kid/s with me?

Answer

While we love the little ones, we respectfully ask that this be an adult-only event unless they are part of the entourage or requested by the couple.

Can I bring a date or plus one with me?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation for the number of alloted seat/s to your party. As much as we'd love to have everyone celebrate with us, unfortunately, we can only accomodate a limited number of guests. Each seat has a name assigned.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is Black Tie/Formal. Please come in your best attire in our wedding colors. Formal dark suit or tuxedo for men. For the ladies, floor-length dress in neutral palette of oat, pale nude, muted apricot / dusty rose, tapestry or ash brown.

How do we get to the venue?

Where can we park our vehicles?

Answer

Both locations can accommodate up to 200 vehicles. Parking is free.

What should we do once we arrive at the reception venue?

Answer

Please head over to the Registration Area to get your table number. Once done, you may proceed to the cocktail area for some snacks and refreshments. Feel free to use this time to mingle with family and friends, take photos with the roving photoman while waiting for the event hall to open. Our wedding coordinators will gladly help you should you need any assistance.

Can we seat anywhere during the reception?

Answer

No. It took us a lot of effort and discussion to finish the seating arrangement which is planned for everyone's convenience and network preference. So, no need to worry! You'll be surely seated along with your group of friends.

Can we take photos or videos during the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We would love for you to take photos and videos and share them on social media with the hashtag #KATtobelieveKIMmagic. However, please refrain from taking photos and videos while the ceremony is ongoing.

Do you have any wedding registry?

Answer

No, we do not have. We already have most of things we need for our home. Should you wish to give a gift, we suggest the gift of cash which will go towards our savings fund.

How can we help the couple have the best time during their wedding?

Answer

Pray with us for favors and provisions. RSVP now! Wear appropriate dress code. Be on time. Stay until the end of the program. Enjoy!
