We have reserved a large hotel block so if you choose, you can enjoy the resort where the event will be held! We hope you fall in love with it as much as we have! Reminder it is long weekend for MLK day so take a look as soon as you can; the resort will book up quickly! Please note the rooms contracted are available for January 16 - 19, 2026. Guest will be able to take advantage of the group rates 3 days before 01/16/2026 and 3 days after 01/19/2026, based on request and availability. Reservations will need to be made before November 16, 2025. We can add additional rooms to our room block, so please reach out if you find the block is full.

Los Cabos International Airport is a quick 15 minute drive to Cabo Azul.
Travel Note
Car Services
Uber/Lyft cannot pick up from Los Cabos international airport. Please schedule a ride ahead of time, or taxis are available at the airport. Ubers can drop off on the way back to the airport, so only a one way transfer is required. Cabo Azul Concierge team at the resort can assist with scheduling your round trip transfers from SJD to Cabo Azul. Each transfer requires a nominal fee. Reservations must be made two days prior to arrival, by emailing your request to CaboAzulResort@hgv.com Please include the following: Your first and last name, reservation number, the time your flight will arrive to SJD and the time your flight will depart from SJD. (48 hours prior your arrival)
