Katt and I met the spring of 2013. Before I ramble too much, you should know that in the spring of 2013 I had transferred all my credits to Western Oregon University and was going to move back closer to family to finish my schooling. The first time I saw Kattarina was in the infamous Ipub, college bar. She was by the jukebox trying to get the party going again. She played a song that I cannot recall but the whole bar began singing along. We chatted later in the evening, or should I say she challenged me to a tennis match and walked away... She was on my mind all week! Around this time my roommates and I had made a redneck pool (tarp the bed and fill it with water) out of Tanner's Toyota pickup. Thank God for 90 degree weather and Katt's confidence because she invited herself and her friends over to our pool. She then proceeded to convince us to BBQ for her and her friends (wasn't hard to convince me). Later that night she got our only Aerobee stuck in the tallest tree on the block... on her first throw. We insisted it wasn't a big deal at all (except for Jordan Highland who was actually upset). Then one early afternoon I see this blonde haired girl riding her bike down the hill approaching our house. She rides right up to our driveway and delivers a new Aerobee and says, "I think you boys really need this and tell Jordan to stop being mad at me." My roommates were ecstatic! I did my best to say thank you and initiate interest. Somehow I was able to convince her the next week to hang out with me... The rest is history.

His texts made it seem like he wanted to hangout but he didn't want to invite me over to his house, so I invited him to watch a movie at my place. I remembered this was the first time I noticed how weird he was, as he proceeded to rub his head on my cat's head. We stayed up talking until 5am. When he went to leave he was so nervous he left his phone. While we said goodbye at the door he kissed my forehead and sprinted to his car. he tripped on a stump on his way. I told all my girls the next day about the sprint kiss.

I was on my way to Madras Oregon to visit my family when I got a call from Taylor, "Hey a friend had extra tickets to a rodeo in Redmond, let's go!" I asked, "what friend?" He told me it was a guy he met on a golf course. I believed that because he made friends with a lot of random people on golf courses. Later when we were getting ready for the rodeo his "friend" called and asked if I would help him with part of the rodeo show. He said that a girl had bailed on doing it with him and he needed someone to fill in. I was told it was just a little dancing.
