We know many guest will use this trip as an opportunity to explore Italy. If you plan to arrive early, we recommend flying into Rome and working your way down the coast, exploring beautiful towns. If you would like to fly in closer to the wedding venue, Naples International Airport (NAP) is the closest airport. It is a 60 minute drive to Ravello. You can take a pre-booked transfer or taxi to Ravello. PASSPORTS & GLOBAL ENTRY Make sure your passport is up to date! If it needs renewal, keep in mind the timeline to do so. If it's an option for you, we suggest obtaining global entry. It speeds up the airport security drastically, specifically on the way home.

Transportation to Ravello
We highly recommend that you do not rent a car during your stay. The Amalfi Coast is known for its narrow, winding roads, limited parking, and specific driving restrictions that can make navigating the area challenging. We highly recommend that you arrange for a private car or taxi to take you directly from Naple's airport or train station to Ravello. TRAIN For the best train options, we recommend using Trainline, available for download on the App Store. HOTEL We strongly advise you to stay in the town of Ravello. Please note if you choose to stay outside of Ravello, it will be crucial to organize transportation for the wedding events ahead of time. It may be challenging to secure taxis or public transportation day-of. We've included a few hotel options below to help you plan your stay on the Amalfi Coast. Availability can vary quickly, so we recommend booking early. In addition to hotels, check out Airbnb and Vrbo for great local villas and apartments- especially if you're traveling with a group or prefer a more private setup. Ravello is a pedestrian-only town, which means you'll need to walk to your hotel from the taxi drop-off point. However, hotels in the area provide a luggage service that can help. For a small fee, they will send a buggy to collect your luggage, making your walk to your accommodation much easier.
