Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place outside in the hotel gardens, overlooking Rock Creek Park (weather permitting). Cocktail hour will also be outdoors on a patio adjacent to the ceremony site, followed by dinner and dancing in a connecting ballroom. The outdoor patio and gardens will be accessible throughout the evening for photos, breathers, and mingling!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down plated dinner. Please be sure to select the entrée choice of each guest in your party when you RSVP via our wedding website or via the mailed reply card: Stuffed chicken breast roulade with herb cream sauce Slow-cooked short rib with bordelaise sauce Roasted red pepper stuffed with quinoa and black beans served with coulis

We kindly request that this be an adults-only event, with the exception of children in the bridal party. We hope this allows everyone to have a fun date night!
