What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5:00 p.m. It is recommended that guests arrive by 4:45 p.m.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal or cocktail attire.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
If the weather cooperates, the ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors. The outdoor space is paved so feel free to wear your heels.

What will your wedding-day timeline look like?

Ceremony at 5:00pm Cocktail Hour 5:30-7:00pm Reception: 7:00pm-11:00pm

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?
Answer
For those staying at the hotel, there will be a bus that will take guests to and from Rock Island. Buses will depart from the Marriott and Holiday Inn at 4pm. There is valet parking at Rock Island for those not staying at the hotel.

This is an adults only reception.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
Answer
Dennis requests that everyone come hungry. There will be SO much food. Cocktail hour is 90 minutes followed by a sit down dinner and a late night snack. Specific entree choices will be listed on your invitation, please rsvp with your meal choice. You will be able to change your entree choice the day of the venue is just trying to get an estimate.

Yes, see the hotel tab for the link to the block. If you book without the link just let us know so we can add you.

What's the best way to RSVP?
Answer
We are asking everyone to rsvp online and input their dinner choice. The invitation will have a QR code that will take you to the rsvp page. There is also a tab on our wedding website. If you still own a flip phone or are experiencing technical difficulties, feel free to call or email us and we can enter your rsvp for you.

Will there be an after party?
Answer
The hotel (Mt Arlington Marriott) has a bar and a DJ so feel free to join us after the wedding if you still have it in you. Regardless of which hotel you stay at you can come to the after party because the Holiday in is just a short walk across the street from the Marriott.

There will be QR codes on each table where you can share your pics with us. If you share pics on social media, we would love it if you would use our hashtag so we can search for it later.
