✈️ Travel Dates & Stay Information • Arrival: Depends on events you plan to attend. • June 12, 2026 (or earlier)→ if you were invited and plan to attend the Single Life Send Off Yacht Party on June 13th 🚤🍾 • June 13, 2026 (or earlier) → if you plan to attend the Welcome Party on June 14th 🎉 • Guests outside of the wedding party may also arrive after June 14th if not attending the Welcome Party. • Wedding Day: June 16, 2026 💍 • Departure: June 17, 2026 (or later) The resort requires a 3-night minimum stay, but we encourage you to make it 5+ nights and enjoy a full family vacation! 🌴✨ Wedding activities officially begin on Saturday, June 13, 2026, leading up to our big day. Kindly note that RSVP are required, as this is an INVITE-ONLY celebration. Unfortunately, if we do not receive your RSVP by February 1, 2026, we won’t be able to accommodate you at any of the wedding events. Thank you so much for understanding!

Can I Bring A Guest?

To keep our wedding intimate and special, the guest list is limited to those personally invited by the bride and groom. If you didn’t receive an invitation directly from us, please do not extend one on our behalf without checking with us first. Thank you for understanding and respecting our wishes! 💕

Can I Book My Trip Directly With The Resort?

Answer

No. All bookings must go through Kayla Brackett directly to ensure you’re part of the group and have access to all wedding events.

CAN I STAY AT ANOTHER RESORT?

Answer

Yes, you are welcome to book your own accommodations outside of our resort. However, please note: You will be fully responsible for your own lodging arrangements and costs. To attend the wedding ceremony and reception, you will need to purchase a day pass from the resort on the day of the wedding. Guests staying elsewhere will not be permitted to join any of the other wedding festivities hosted at the resort (such as the welcome party, bonfire, or yacht events). For the best experience and full access to all events, we highly recommend booking directly through our travel advisor with the group rate.

How Do I Book My Stay At Dreams Playa Mujeres?

You can book your travel by emailing our travel advisor, Kayla Brackett at kaylabrackett@travelmation.net. She can help arrange all travel details for you! Your deposit depends on the type of room you select and the add-ons. The deposit can vary from $200-$400. The remaining balance may be paid in full or in installments, with final payment due in April of 2026. If you are adding travel insurance to your trip, it is due at the time of booking.

Are Payment Plans Available?

A $200 deposit secures your room. The final balance is due in April 2026 and may be paid in full or through installments of your choice at any time before the due date. Please note: The $200 deposit does not include travel insurance or airport transfers. These can be added for an additional cost, which will increase your deposit amount. If you choose to upgrade your room, this will also increase your deposit. The minimum required deposit is $200.

When Is The Wedding?

The wedding will take place on June 16, 2026 at 6pm at Dreams Playa Mujeres. We’ll have a full itinerary available closer to the date!

Do I Need A Passport?

Answer

Yes! A valid passport is required to travel to Mexico. Please make sure yours is up to date and valid for at least 6 months after your travel dates.

What Airport Should We Fly Into?

Please book your flight to Cancún International Airport (CUN). Dreams Playa Mujeres is about 35–40 minutes from the airport.

Dreams Playa Mujeres is a luxurious all-inclusive, family-friendly resort located just north of Cancun, offering spacious suites, unlimited gourmet dining, top-shelf drinks, and endless entertainment for all ages. From sparkling pools and a water park to a world-class spa and white-sand beaches, it's the perfect place to relax, celebrate, and make unforgettable memories. Guests 18+ also have access to the adults only Secrets Playa Mujeres next door. To attend the wedding, you must be a guest staying at the resort, and all rooms must be booked through our travel agent, Kayla Brackett. This ensures you're included in the room block, all wedding events and group perks!

What Should I Wear To The Wedding?

Wedding attire is semi-formal. We encourage guests to wear colors inspired by our wedding palette! (think Enchanted Garden--sunny yellow, soft peach, playful pink, serene blue). Think lightweight dresses, linen suits, jumpsuits, or dressy sandals—comfortable but elevated.

What Should I Pack?

Resort casual clothes, swimwear, beach sandals, sunscreen, and something festive for the welcome party! Don’t forget your wedding attire and travel documents. We’ll also provide a suggested packing list on our site.

Yes, Dreams Playa Mujeres offers complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the resort.

Most major carriers offer international plans. Check with your provider before traveling. The resort also has Wi-Fi calling options.

CAN I RECORD/TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

📵 UNPLUGGED CEREMONY 📵 We kindly ask that all guests turn off and put away phones and cameras during our ceremony. We've hired professional photographers and videographers to capture every special moment, and we’d hate for a phone or tablet to block their view. Unless you have special permission from the bride, please refrain from taking any photos or videos until after we’ve both said “I do.” After the vows, feel free to snap away and capture the celebration! Thank you for respecting our wishes and being fully present with us during this moment. ❤️
