A van will run to and from Saranac Lake to White Pine Camp before and after the wedding. No need to worry about driving! The driver will pickup each person wherever you are staying in Saranac Lake. Quinn or Katrina will be reaching out to you to confirm each person's pickup location.

Adirondack Regional Airport (SLK) in Lake Clear, New York is 10 minutes outside of Saranac Lake. On site car rentals from Adirondack Regional Airport are available through Adirondack Rental Cars (https://adirondackrentalcars.com/). Local ride hailing services are available through Uber and Lyft. Given the limited local supply of drivers and rental cars, we recommend reserving your ride or rental in advance.

Plattsburgh International Airport (PBG) located in Plattsburgh, NY is about an hour drive to Saranac Lake. There are multiple on site car rental services at this airport, including Avis, Budget, and Enterprise. Ride-hailing services are also available from Uber, Lyft, and Turo.

Burlington International Airport (BTV) is about a two hour drive to Saranac Lake. For those flying in from Salt Lake or Austin, Burlington generally has the most economical options. Numerous on site car rental services are available at BTV. We would recommend renting through Avis, Enterprise, or National, as they have the best reviews at this site.

Montreal International Airport (YUL) as about a 2 hour drive to Saranac Lake. This does include a border crossing from Canada into the States. There are many car rental options available from YUL, with Enterprise and National having the highest reviews for car rentals from the Montreal airport.

A block of rooms has been reserved at Voco Saranac Lake (previously Saranac Lake Waterfront Lodge) for 6/6 and 6/7 at a group rate. If you would like to book a room through the room block, please use the link below (click the green "View" button). The link will take you to the hotel website. You will then need to enter the dates you would like to book and click search. Then, you will see room options called "Preferred Rate, Spangenberg O'Brien," which you can book. The cutoff date to book rooms via the room block is May 6, 2025.
