There are many things to do in the New Forest and surrounding areas. On one of our first dates, Paul took Katrina to the Rufus Stone, above, the site where King William II "Rufus" was accidentally killed by an arrow on 2 August 1100.

We recommend considering a trip to English vineyards, and before you think that is a crazy idea, English sparkling is beating French champagne in international wine tasting events. See the link for a discussion of wines in England:
Wilton House, where scenes of Bridgerton are filmed
If you are a Bridgerton fan, Wilton House is the home for Queen Charlotte, which includes the famous double cube room. It is a 50 minute trip from Rhinefield House and close to Salisbury.
