When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP as soon as you receive the information to do so on the website. We ask that all RSVPs be completed before September 1st, 2026. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will be marked as "not attending" due to our vendors cut off dates.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We have chosen to make our wedding and reception an adults-only celebration, with the exception of a few immediate family members and our godchildren. We hope you’ll use this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun, date night evening with us. We truly appreciate you making the necessary arrangements and can’t wait to celebrate together!

Can I bring a date?

To keep our wedding as intimate as possible, plus ones are not included unless specifically noted on your RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Cocktail attire encouraged! Our colors for the wedding are emerald, ivory, gold, and black but if those don’t call to you fall colors would also be great. No white or white adjacent colors please! Think elevated, stylish, and dance-floor ready! Women: Cocktail dresses, midi dresses, little black dress, or dressy jumpsuits. Men: Suit, blazer, dress shirt, dress pants, or polished shoes. Please, for the love of baby Jesus no jeans!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself plenty of time to park and find a seat.

What type of food will be served

We’ll be serving a buffet dinner with a variety of options so everyone can eat what they love.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We want all of our guests to enjoy their meal! If you have food allergies or dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc), don't worry we've got you covered. An alternative meal will be provided to accommodate your needs.

How will the bar operate?
Answer
We’ll be serving beer, wine, two signature cocktails, and plenty of non-alcoholic options. The bar will be complimentary so enjoy and be safe.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Complimentary valet parking will be available at the wedding hall. If you prefer to have a ride, Uber & Lyft are great options in Nashville.

Your presence is the best gift we could receive but we realize some of you would still like to contribute to us. If you feel so inclined, on our website there are options for our registry. Thank you!

What will the weather be like?
Answer
October in Nashville is one of the most beautiful times of the year! Expect mild, comfortable temperatures, with highs around 70°F (21°C) and lows in the 50s°F (10-15°C). It’s the perfect weather for enjoying outdoor festivities without the summer heat or winter chill. We recommend bringing a light jacket for the evening!
