Jen has been waiting Kat’s entire life for this very moment, when she could fulfill her sisterly duty as Matron of Honor. Having a sister is such a special gift from the Lord that comes with such a unique bond. They always knew that when the day came they would stand next to each other on their wedding day & Katrina is so thankful to have Jen standing beside her as her and Joel commit to forever together. Jen and her husband Matt got married in June of 2012 and they have 3 incredible little boys that just adore uncle JoJo.

David and Joel became like brothers over the course of a men’s group at their church. Throughout the past couple of years, they have challenged one another deeply and seen each other grow into being more and more like Christ. Their friendship continues to be rock solid, even though he no longer lives in the area. He currently lives in Michigan with his wife Kristen and newly born daughter Ellie. He is a servant leader, role model, and one of the best encouragers to everyone he comes in contact with. So thankful that he will be standing with us and we enter into marriage.

Ethan and Joel have recently became good friends in the past year or so. His encouragement, support, and guidance has made such a difference in Joel’s life. The way he leads his family provides such a great role model for anyone that is about to enter into marriage. He lives in Fontana, CA with his wife Kylie and newly born son Roman. We are so blessed and thankful to have him in our lives and to be witnessing all that God is doing in this season.

Micky and Joel met and started their friendship in college. They had the opportunity to live with each other for a couple years and shared so many good memories together. Mick is someone that puts others before himself and looks for opportunities to help and serve those around him. He serves and loves his wife Sarah so well and we are so thankful to have them as friends. It will be a privilege to have him them supporting our future journey together.

Michelle and Katrina have been friends since college! She is newly married and lives in Northern California as a Jr. High Director at the Local Church. Michelle has always shown up for Kat in small and giant ways. She helped her move to Southern California, stayed up with her for nights on end to finish her Senior Thesis, always comes with coffee in hand and is ready for a solid day at Disney

Kurt and Joel became really close friends in college and bonded over physical therapy, sports, and how to truly live with purpose. He has made such an impact on Joel’s life and the lives of so many others! He currently lives in Oregon with his wife Lindsay and dog Bennett. So grateful to have him a part of the big day!

Kat & Arie met back in 2014 and are currently roommates. Arie is fun loving and discerning and has walked (literally around the rose bowl countless times) with Katrina and Joel as they navigated their season of dating and engagement! Arie is the kind of person you always want in your corner. God has gifted her in such special ways, and we are thankful for the gifts she uses to share His Glory!

Cody and Joel met and began their friendship freshman year of college. They have shared so many memories together over years that included being housemates for numerous years. Cody is one of the hardest workers and can almost fix/build anything if he has the time. It is such a blessing to have a friend like him and an honor to have him a part of the bridal party.
