Parking is free for all wedding guests! :)
If you would like to purchase alcohol, the Natoma Bar and Grill inside the hotel is open for purchasing alcohol. Beverages at the reception will be a collection of teas, sodas, lemonades, and coffees.
The colors that we have decided for our wedding are a sunflower yellow, dusty blue, and a dusty green. But please where what you feel is appropriate for you!
This a semi formal attire. Think of cocktail type of attire. If you have questions, please ask and we can help you! :)
There will be a backup plan for either moving to another room in the hotel, or to do a table side ceremony, essentially the ceremony in the reception spot. However, please bring an umbrella, because depending if it does rain and the heaviness of the rain, we may continue outside.
Photos will be ready within 4-8 weeks after the wedding. We send you a link to a website that is password protected for you to view the photos.
The bride and groom will take pictures after the ceremony. During that period, there will be a cocktail hour with appetizers and music. When the bride and groom return from pictures, reception will start with lunch :)
We have taken into everyone's dietary restrictions/preferences and have made choices that fit everyone.

Jared and I were thinking that a group of us could walk around downtown sutter street or go to the Palladio and go to Dave n Busters! Please let us know if anyone is interested in this.
We would like everyone there hopefully no later than 11:30am. Ceremony starts at 12pm. Jared and I have crafted a personal music set that means a lot to us and the journey we have gone through during our relationship that we want to share with all of you! Music will be playing starting at 11:30 and through when the reception ends.
The hotel provides a discount for room fees for wedding guests. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can coordinate this for you.
Walk through the hotel entrance, you will see a check in desk on your left. If you look straight, there will be a sign saying "Katrina and Jared Wedding" with appropriate arrow to direct you.
We would prefer that you didn't (besides slacks). However, we won't control what you wear. We ask that you make it not look "funerally." We want our wedding to be bright.
