Question

What type of food will be served at your wedding

Answer

- Cocktail hour will consist of refreshments and a light snack - Dinner will be provided by SugarFire64. Meat: pulled pork and/or brisket Sides: green beans almondae, cheesy scallop potatoes, and baked beans. - If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know at your earliest convenience.

What refreshments will be available?

Answer

All Guests: Water, soda and a lemonade bar. 21+ Guest: there will be wine and beer selection available. If you choose to bring your own flask...we wont tell ;) **Please drink responsibly**

What time should I arrive at the ceremony site?

Answer

We recommend between 20-25 minutes before the ceremony starts with guest seated by 4:55pm. Free parking on site with a less than 5 minute walk to the pavilion (ceremony site)

Will there be a time gap between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We anticipate no longer than an hour to take our photos. There will be refreshments, light snacks, lawn games, and the opportunity to walk around to see the animals and playground.

How far is the ceremony site from downtown Saint Louis?

Answer

It is about a 25 minute drive. St. Louis does offer several free activities for families such as the Science Center, STL Zoo, Grant's farm, and Gateway Arch museum (note: tickets are required to go up inside the Arch).

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors

Answer

Ceremony will be outdoors by the pavilion. The reception will be inside the barn.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire with comfortable shoes. Autumn color palette preferred.

Is this an adult only event?

Answer

Nope! Bring on the kiddos! Our style is an up-scale family BBQ. We want our celebration to be filled with memories, laughter, and nothing to stress about. There is plenty of room for everyone. Just make sure to include them in your RSVP.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in the RSVP card?

Answer

Either option will suffice. Some individuals prefer to mail in the RSVP card and it's a back up option if the site decides to stop working.

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

We need a final guest could by Saturday 31 August. (2 weeks before the wedding)

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

During the ceremony portion, we have opt for an unplugged wedding ceremony so that guests are not distracted by their devices and the professional wedding photographer can get the best possible shots without the interference of other flashes or mobile devices. Outside of that click away! :)
