Our ceremony and reception will both take place at Bear Mill Estate.
The ceremony will begin at 4pm please arrive 20 to 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating
The dress code is formal. Think long dresses and suits.
Yes, there is on-site parking available at the venue. The venue is also wheelchair accessible.
We have reserved room blocks at nearby hotels located about five minutes from the venue please visit our travel page for booking details.
The closest major airport is Harrisburg or Philly depending on which you prefer. We recommend renting a car, or driving your car if you can.
Transportation will not be provided so we recommend planning ahead if you will be drinking.
We will be serving a Chick-fil-A cater dinner, including sandwiches, chicken nuggets, chicken tenders, Mac and cheese salads and more. We will also have lots of desserts.
Yes, there will be outdoor spaces, including a fire pit, an outdoor dance floor and a designated smoking area.
We kindly ask that our guests put their phones away during the ceremony and be fully present with us
Yes, all children are welcome to come. The venue does have rules that they cannot be left unattended so just be mindful to keep an eye on your little ones.

In case of rain, the ceremony will be moved to a covered area at the venue.
