We met while we were out at the Lake with our individual friend groups. Chance bought me a beer, we flirted and exchanged numbers. By the next day he had asked me on our first date. For the second date, Chance asked me to go to a Randall King concert & a Chiefs game the next weekend. I obviously wasn’t going to miss out on that, so I agreed. No surprise, we had the best time! The Chiefs and Randall King quickly became my favorites too (they were already Chance’s). After that weekend together, we were pretty much head over heels, and we knew that this was something special. Spoiler alert: it was!

Last October, Chance, me, and several of our closest friends booked a booth, bottle service, and went to see Randall King (for like the 5th time). Between the opening artist and Randall King’s performance, Chance asked me to marry him! This moment was a complete surprise for me, which was exactly what Chance was hoping for. It was such a special experience! We celebrated the rest of the night with friends! It was perfect!
