Booking Information and Deadlines

Answer

To book/pay deposit for your room: Go to www.bryantgetawayvacations.com/client In the Comments put all attending person's name (as it appears on your Passport), birthdates, and requested dates of travel (number of nights). If you would like a room upgrade, put that in the comments. Cindy will reply to you with a quote for the upgrade. The resort requires a 3 night minimum stay. Room Deposit of $600 per person is due with RSVP ($150 per person is Non-Refundable) Final payment for remaining balance including all upgrades is due by 2/1/22 Insurance is additional The number of nights requested and guests can be changed up until the Final payment. If you have any changes or requests, contact Cindy.

Do I need a Passport?

Answer

Yes, all international travelers are required to have a passport, including infants and children. To learn more about the application process, please visit the U.S. Department of State website. If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date. The U.S. State Department recommends that international travelers have 6 months of validity on their passport after their return trip date.

I am sharing a room with another invited guest. How does that work?

Answer

Please coordinate with your roommate and designate ONE person to fill out the reservation form. Reservation forms should be one per ROOM, not one per person. When I get your form, I will email both of you and explain next steps. If you and your roommate live at different addresses, please make sure to include the second passenger's contact info. This can go in the notes field.

Why Book with Bryant Getaway Vacations?

The couple has paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms for your group. They have a group contract that allows them to offer additional benefits for their guests. The couple kindly asks that you book your hotel within our designated group contract. There are several reasons why you should honor the couple's wishes and book the hotel portion with the group: The couple has worked with me to negotiate a contract for the ENTIRE group. These events and special amenities are based on a group minimum and the couple is required to meet that minimum number of rooms. Rooms booked outside the group contract do not count toward this minimum. Groups are given priority status at the resort, so you might miss out on some VIP treatment. Groups are given priority room assignments. Groups are given priority in terms of an oversold situation.

Guest Who Don't Book with Bryant Getaway Vacations?

Answer

Guests who do not book within the group contract unfortunately: Will not get the group rates Will have to pay up front vs. over time. Will not receive any pre-departure, trip support or post-trip support from me. Finally, you are not "officially" recognized by the hotel as being part of our event. The hotel group contract and wedding event pricing are planned in tandem. Guests staying off property will be charged a day pass to attend the wedding events. The resort has the right to stop selling day passes if the property reaches 90% capacity or greater. Off-property guests are welcome for 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start and will be asked to vacate the premises 30 minutes after the event ends.
