Can we bring our children?

Of course! Some of our favorite memories were made during summers at Black Lake, and we hope this weekend offers the same opportunity for your family. RSVPs are addressed to adult guests only, so please confirm with one of us if you plan to bring children to the reception, as we’ll need to account for their meals.

How does the shuttle service work?

Answer

While all locations on the premises are walkable, it can be quite a distance to some areas. The venue offers complimentary shuttle service 24/7 for pick up / drop off from any location on campus. During check-in, the receptionist will give instructions on how to contact the shuttle for transportation services during your stay.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Answer

Absolutely! Dinner will be served family-style. If you have a vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or dairy-free dietary need and would prefer a separate plate, please let us know.

Aside from the welcome event and reception, what are my options for food?

Answer

You’re welcome to bring your own food, snacks, and beverages, or explore local restaurants—we’ve shared a few of our favorites in the “Things To Do” section. An on-site dining option is the Black Lake Grille, located at the golf clubhouse and open for breakfast and lunch. Shuttle service to this location is provided.
