Glacier Hike & Girdwood Brewery

Everyone has traveled a long way to be here on our special day, so we are hoping to extend the celebration with an Alaskan activity. This event will be informal and anyone is welcome to join us! Our plan is to hike Byron Glacier Trail Friday afternoon. The trail is 2 miles total and is considered a relatively easy hike with slight elevation gain. The trail offers an up close view of Byron Glacier and the surrounding mountains. After exploring the glacier, we would like to meet up at Girdwood Brewing Company. Drinks and food will be available for purchase. Please note: Byron Glacier Trail is located approximately 30 minutes from Alyeska Resort. Please plan transportation accordingly.
