Bryce & I met when we were 19 years old. Both of us enjoyed line dancing at the time and we both frequently visited Stampede in Temecula, CA. It was a Saturday night in June and my friends picked me up to go dancing. It seemed like a typical night: my friends and I were dancing and just having a great time. At some point when we were dancing the night away, one of Bryce's friends approached us and challenged us to a dance-off. Naturally, my friends and I accepted. Shortly after that Bryce came and joined his friend. To say the least the rest is history! Bryce and I started talking and later he asked for my number. He then asked me to go on a date with him the next day. A few weeks after that Bryce asked me to be his girlfriend. Coincidentally, it was the same day Bryce graduated from dive school and left for Lousiana. Meanwhile, I was still in San Diego, CA working, participating in track & field, and finishing up school. Naturally, that meant only one thing for us... long distance! We have been together through multiple moves and states. But distance means so little when someone means so much! From Lafayette, LA to Fountain Hills, AZ to El Monte, CA to Huntington Beach, CA to Houston, TX! We have been together through it all. We are so excited to take this next step and to be married. We are so ready to end this long distance once and for all. We are so thankful for our family and friends for all of their support throughout our entire relationship!
