When should I RSVP by?

Please let us know if you are able to join us no later than February 1, 2019.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony at St. John the Evangelist will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. Please arrive by 2:30 PM to allow time for parking and seating.

Is parking available?

Answer

There is no street or lot parking available at St. John's. However, both hotels offer overnight parking for guests, and the Loews offers discounted parking for anyone attending a service at St. John's (please mention this when arriving at the garage). Both hotels are within walking distance of the church. Parking is available at Belle Voir Manor for the reception.

What are the menu options for dinner?

Chicken Francaise, with a white wine lemon caper veloute sauce Salmon Florentine, topped with spinach and parmesan cheese, with a fire-roasted red pepper cream sauce **This option can be prepared gluten-free** Pork Chop, stuffed with savory prosciutto, artichoke, and asiago cheese, with a fire-roasted red pepper sauce Eggplant Rollatini, with spinach and ricotta cheese **This option is fully vegetarian**

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing transportation from the hotels to the reception after the ceremony, and then back to the hotels at the end of the night.
