We are getting married!

Johnny and I met on a popular dating website. Johnny commented on one of my pictures of me holding an ice cream from Somi-Somi. As much as a cliche it is to meet online, we did not think much of this first initiative date and wanted to keep it a quick introduction and decided on Somi-Somi on Sunday afternoon. Of course, Johnny being Johnny, he was 30 minutes late. Being punctual and disturbed by his lateness, I figured it was over before it began. Little did we know, with the magic of ice cream, something cold, lit a tiny spark to start a fire in our hearts that will last a lifetime.

As many of you know, Joannie is super intelligent and knows all the random facts in the world! She shared with us that penguins mate for life. When a male penguin finds his partner, he will search for the perfect pebble and bring that pebble to his partner as a symbol of love and a lifetime of partnership. On Christmas day, in front of my close family, Johnny gave me a ring box. I was so surprised, and as much I did not want to be disappointed, I told myself they were earrings. When I open the box, it was a pebble, and I immediately realized that Johnny would propose and wanted me to be his mate.
