What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal or cocktail attire. Although we want our guests to be feel their most comfortable, we ask no blue jeans or tennis shoes

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be indoors

How do I get to the venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

The venue address is listed in the “Schedule” section for your convenience. Our ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue. At this time, we will not be providing transportation, such as a shuttle, from the hotels. The venue has gated parking available to our guests only and your vehicle can be left overnight if needed. We would otherwise recommend using Uber or Lyft

Can I bring my kids or a guest that was not included on the invitation?

Answer

As much as we love your kiddos, this will be an adults only (21+) wedding. As for additional guests, our venue cannot accommodate anyone not listed in our online RSVP section or on your invitation. If you are unsure about a plus one, please feel free to reach out to Orion or Katlyn to clarify!

Should I bring any gifts with a name customization?

Answer

This is a tricky one! The couple will be keeping their respective last names. This means if you’d like to gift us a monogrammed item, “Katlyn & Orion” or “K & O” is preferred instead of “Mr. And Mrs. Roberts” or “The Roberts’”. As for addressing cards, “Katlyn & Orion” is perfect!

How will I know if I am invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Those with an invite to the rehearsal dinner will be reached out to ahead of time with details. That said, we will still stay after at Mollys in Soulard from 8pm-10pm. At that time, we would love for you to come by and join us! No need to let us know ahead of time, just drop in and staff will direct you our way

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time to ensure you have enough time to find your seat! The doors will open at least 30 minutes before ceremony start time

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have a complete open bar, so no need to worry! There will also be non-alcoholic drinks as well as coffee!

Will there be an after-party?

Answer

There will be an informal after party one block away from the reception at Mollys! This is a lively bar, so be prepared for dancing if you come along!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be a “notes” tab when you are RSVPing and selecting dinner that you can list any dietary restrictions. Please list only true food allergies (gluten, lactose, etc) or firm dietary restrictions such as “vegan or vegetarian”. We can substitute main entrees easily with enough notice. Other than the seated dinner, we will have a variety of hors d'oeuvres that are vegetarian.
