The wedding will take place outdoors on the waterfront of Newport Harbor. Both the ceremony and reception will be tented. In the event of inclement weather, tents will be equipped with rain covers and heaters.

Sail on Narragansett Bay | Friday, July 10 Guests joining us for the pre-wedding sail are asked to wear polished white attire. Welcome Party | Saturday, July 11 The welcome party attire is cocktail. Ladies may choose a cocktail-length dress, a dressy pantsuit, or elevated separates. Gentlemen may wear a tailored blazer with a dress shirt and dress pants; ties are optional. Shades of pink and green are appreciated. Gentlemen should wear a dark-colored suit with a tie. Colorful and coastal or garden-inspired prints are welcome. Our ceremony will be unplugged. We ask that all phones and devices remain put away and on silent. Our photographers will capture the special moments, which we will share after the wedding. Guests are welcome to take photos and videos during the cocktail hour and reception.

Regatta Place provides complimentary valet parking, and guests may leave vehicles overnight. Please ensure cars are retrieved by the following morning.

Is there parking available at the welcome party venue?

There is no dedicated parking lot at La Forge Restaurant or the International Tennis Hall of Fame. We recommend the following parking options: Bellevue Gardens Shopping Center Located at 181 Bellevue Avenue, directly across from La Forge Restaurant. This lot charges an hourly rate. Parking may be validated for the first two hours with a purchase from any shop in the center. Stays exceeding two hours will incur an additional fee. Mary Street Lot Located between lower Mary Street and lower Church Street. Newport Gateway Transportation Center Located at 23 America’s Cup Avenue. Guests may park here and take the RIPTA Trolley #67. Please note, the last trolley departs from Bellevue Avenue/Memorial Boulevard at 8:30 PM. Street Parking Available along Chapel Street, Freebody Street, Memorial Boulevard, and Middletown Avenue.

Yes. Guests joining us for the wedding weekend are encouraged to secure dining reservations in advance. During the height of the summer season, most restaurants require reservations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with bookings typically opening at least thirty days prior through OpenTable or Resy.
