With the CDC allowing up to 25 guests indoors and 100 guests outdoors we will be moving towards an indoor/outdoor layout. Throughout our entire reception you will have access to both indoor and outdoors to allow you to maintain social distancing.
If you are staying in the hotel, masks are required in all hotel common areas. A wedding is considered a private social event so with that being said masks are encouraged but not required. Masks are not required while sitting at tables. Masks are encouraged but not required while guests are up mingling around.
This couple is not going footloose on you! Dancing will be allowed for all guests without over crowding the dance floors. Couples and families in the same household are able to dance together while others are encouraged to maintain social distance. We ask everyone to respect each other in situations such as these and understand that everyone's level of comfort may differ.
Ceremony will take place outdoors with limited seating. Seats will be appropriately spread out. Due to the space in which we are getting married we ask if there is not a seat available then you stand and socially distance among yourselves. There will be plenty of room to stand below and above the rock garden in which we are getting married! We are aiming for a shorter ceremony so you won’t have to be standing for long.
After the ceremony our guest will be guided to Cocktail hour which will take place outside. Food and drinks will be set up inside the terrace room as a buffet style with protective screen from the food, servers and you. There will only be allowed 25 people in the room at a time to collect food and drink and then they are asked to bring it outside to enjoy!
We will be seating our guests at tables of 6 or 8 based on their comfort level. The tables will be spread out as much as possible. We will encourage guest to remain at their table once they are seated but obviously the bar and the bathrooms will remain open during this time.
