Coffee & Game Hour

7:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Since this is a kid friendly wedding, we knew we weren't going to have a traditional "Cocktail hour". We were just going to skip it and jump straight into the reception but then we had an idea... what if we had a coffee hour instead? So, we will have a coffee bar set up outside on the patio with some games and music! Games have always been a big thing to Chris and I, whether that's board games or video games! We want to share our love for them with all of you. We hope to see you there!

Semi formal/ Formal

Gram Parson’s Derry Down is a historic venue in downtown Winter Haven, just a few minutes from Heartland. Parking in downtown is free, but it is first come first serve. This wedding is alcohol and substance free, meaning it will not be provided or tolerated. For the comfort and safety of our guests, please leave all substances at home. This event is also a BYOL- aka, BRING YOUR OWN LIGHTSABER. During the send off at the end of this magical night, we would love to walk through an arch of lightsabers. We will provide some glow sticks, but we cannot guarantee there will be enough for everyone. (There will be a safe place to store your sabers while you enjoy the reception).
