We can't wait any longer! We have decided to elope on a picturesque hike in the Tōpuni area. With beautiful mountain views, fresh glacial air and love all around, we'll do all the mushy stuff and then leave the celebrating to you! We met in the summer of 2016 as employees at MEC. It was Katinka's first day - welcome to the world of everything outdoors, camping and camp accessories. Welcome to the footwear department, here we have cycling, climbing, don't forget water sports, tents, sleeping bags, all you could ever need for hiking, men's and women's apparel and finally back packs... There HE was, this quirky, bearded guy with gold rimmed frames wearing a rather revealing, wildly coloured tank with an equally eccentric hat to match. And there SHE was, freely flowing blonde hair with large gauged earrings sporting a cheeky smile, rather intrigued but not realizing she had just met the best possible human for her to wander around this world with in absolute harmony. From Canada to New Zealand with many adventures in between; cycling along the river in Gatineau through to riding ebikes around the streets of Copenhagen. Together we have spent countless nights under the stars, gone kayaking, SUPing, canoeing, and hiking around the globe. All resulting in way more photos than we know what to do with.
