Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Please note the ceremony and reception will be outside. Ladies, we recommend sandals, wedges or block heels.

Transportation questions
Answer
There will be a shuttle for the hotels listed on the travel page. If you are staying at another venue, we suggest looking into the hotel's available transportation. Traverse city also has taxis and ubers! If you are flying in and planning to stay for a few days, we would recommend getting a rental car so you can explore.

Tell me about the venue?

Bay View Weddings is on a cherry farm- Traverse City is known for their cherry products! The venue is about 10 minutes from downtown Traverse, and there will be some walking to get from the Ceremony site to the Cocktail hour.

Covid? Masks? Etc?
Answer
As we have decided to continue with our wedding in the midst of COVID, we wanted to keep you all updated on some related things. Masks? All of our vendors will be masked and using appropriate precautions! Our venue is outside and we will be following the state guidelines but we want everyone comfortable- so if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, please bring one! They make fancy sequined ones now! We'll have hand sanitizer around as well!! Grand Traverse has had very minimal numbers and most of the county has been following guidelines quite strictly due to their need for tourism to continue.

3:45pm - load at Bayshore Resort, depart by 3:50pm to Hotel Indigo 3:55pm - load at Hotel Indigo, depart by 4:00pm to Bay View Weddings 4:15pm - arrive at Bay View Weddings Return shuttles at 9pm, 10pm, 11:15pm to end by 11:45pm
