What time should I arrive?

Answer

If you are attending the ceremony, please aim to arrive at Red Maple Vineyard by 5:15pm. Transportation will be provided to the venue from the Hampton Inn & Suites Poughkeepsie. The first bus will depart at 4:10pm and the second (and final) bus will depart at 4:55pm. If you are only attending the reception, please arrive after 6:00pm.

There is free parking at the venue.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided via buses from the hotel to the venue, with return service following the reception.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions/allergies?

Answer

Kindly inform your waiter on the day of the wedding. The venue will be happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies in real time. They do not collect this information ahead of the event.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your wedding invitation is addressed to yourself "and Guest", we welcome your guest. If your invitation is addressed only to yourself, we ask you to kindly refrain from bringing a guest.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We'd love to extend the invitation to include all of our loved ones but this is an adults only event.
