We've worked with the following hotel to include a room block for our guests at a discounted rate. There are plenty of Airbnb's around if you prefer that route.

We have booked a shuttle to ensure you all make it to and from the venue safely! Find the times for the shuttle below and please keep in mind that the shuttle only holds 12 people per trip. 

Hotel to Minnetonka Orchards:
 Departs at 3:45 PM and arrives at the venue around 4:15 PM.

Minnetonka Orchards to Hotel:
Departs at 8:00 PM
Departs at 9:15 PM
