One of our favorite places for a laid-back Saturday outing. Take an informative tour of the brewery, hangout in the taphouse for some board/card games, or enjoy some corn hole! No stop to Heavy Seas is complete without some food from their food truck, serving up delicious eats from burgers and pizza to small bites such as soft pretzels and fries.
See all of Baltimore's major landmarks in just one place! The Observation Level is located in Baltimore's World Trade Center on the 27th floor, which is also the world's tallest pentagonal building. . The large windows, which span the entire floor, provide breath taking views of the city. The Observation Level also features a 9/11 memorial.
Enjoy some delicious food in Little Italy in Baltimore! With a ton of great selections to choose from, you can't go wrong! Enjoy a delicious dinner at one of the many restaurant offerings (we recommend La Tavola), and then walk the short distance to Vaccaros for some desert (we recommend the cannolis)! Vaccaros also opens at 9am so you could also grab some espresso and pastries to go if you are headed out of town on Sunday!
The best place for crab cakes in the Baltimore area and a community favorite. These are so good that Oprah has them shipped to her home in California (also featured on her list of favorite things). It's about a 20 minute drive from the city but worth it if you are looking for a true Baltimore-style crab cake.
Enjoy a Guinness Brewery without having to make the trip to Ireland! This brewery features plentiful seating, a lovely patio (with heating lamps in case the fall weather has already arrived!), brewery tours, and Guinness memorabilia. Definitely worth the trip- and right down the street from our other favorite, Heavy Seas.
