For those who aren’t aware, there is an app called Tinder. While using this app, a person sees a small biography of another person and if they are interested in that person they can swipe right, liking the profile. If they are not interested, the person can swipe left, removing the ability for the two people to match. If two people end up swiping right on each other’s profiles they are matched and can chat. Just over two and a half years ago a boy and girl matched with each other. The boy, seeing that the girl was very beautiful, eagerly messaged the girl, attempting to get her attention. After the two had messaged, the boy asked the girl if she would like to get dinner or a drink (this is what the old generation calls a date). The girl said she was busy that week and wouldn’t be available until the following weekend. Dejected, the boy, knowing this was a rejection, went on his way vigorously swiping right on his path to love. Obviously, this didn’t work for the boy because the next week the boy, grasping for hope, asked if the girl was now free for a date. The girl surprised the boy by asking if he wanted to get a beer. The boy and girl met face to face at Good City Brewing where they sat and talked for nearly three hours. The Tinder flame had been ignited.
