No. There are no cab or ride share services in Markleeville. In fact, most cell phone providers do not have reception in Alpine County. Be sure to make your travel plans early and stick to them!

Mountain weather can be unpredictable. Wear shoes you can walk in, and remember to bring a coat. Other than that, wear whatever gives you joy.

We love you and your kids! Feel free to bring your little ones along if their names are on the invite.

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Yes, as long as they are on their best behavior. All venues are outdoors and dog-friendly. Just be sure to check if your accommodations allow pets.

Yes! We know getting to Markleeville isn't easy or cheap, so we are planning a wedding world tour, with informal receptions for friends and family on the east and west coasts. Stay tuned for more details!
