Asheville Regional Airport

Sylva, North Carolina, is about an hour drive south of Asheville Regional Airport (AVL). If you’re looking for more flight options, Greenville–Spartanburg (GSP), McGhee Tyson in Knoxville (TYS), and Charlotte Douglas International (CLT) are all convenient choices within roughly a two-hour drive.

Best Western Plus River Escape Inn & Suites

Our primary hotel block and the best option for guests who prefer a traditional, full-service hotel stay. Located a short 3–5 minute drive from downtown Dillsboro and Sylva (not walkable). Use our personalized booking link, or call the hotel directly and mention the Tuorto/Wiseman Wedding block to reserve your room.

No room block is reserved, but this is a great boutique-style option for guests who want to be in the heart of town. Located in downtown Sylva and walkable to local shops, restaurants, and breweries.

Shuttle

Hotel / Ceremony Shuttle

July 18, 2026 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

We’re happy to offer shuttle transportation for our guests on the wedding day. Shuttles will run from both Best Western River Escape and Hotel Sylva to and from the ceremony and reception at The Vineyards at Bettys Creek. A detailed shuttle schedule with pick-up and return times will be shared closer to the wedding date.
