Weekend Schedule: Thursday, May 14: Welcome Party Kick off the festivities with drinks & island vibes as we welcome everyone to the BVI! Friday, May 15: Daytime – Catamaran Excursion (Optional) Hop aboard for a boat day to the iconic Soggy Dollar Bar. Sun, sea, and Painkillers—need we say more? Evening – Rehearsal Dinner & Cocktail Hour An intimate dinner for immediate family, followed by a cocktail hour open to all guests. Saturday, May 16: Wedding Ceremony at 5 PM Then it's time to eat & keep the drinks flowing... let's party! Sunday No official plans—sleep in, recover, and enjoy the beach at your leisure!

Flight

Tortola-Beef Island Airport (EIS)

Flying directly into Tortola (Beef Island Airport – EIS) is the quickest and most convenient option. You'll land right on the island and be just a short drive from Long Bay Beach Resort—no ferries or customs stops required after you arrive. If you're looking for the most seamless travel day, this is the way to go! We will provide info on taxi rides from airport closer to the day!

Flight

St Thomas (STT) Cyril E. King Airport

You have two main options for getting to Tortola. Flying directly into Beef Island Airport (EIS) is the most seamless, but often more expensive. A more budget-friendly route is to fly into St. Thomas (STT) in the U.S. Virgin Islands and then take a ferry over to Tortola. If you go the St. Thomas route, just keep in mind you’ll go through BVI customs when you arrive by ferry— It adds a little extra time (and island adventure!) to your travel day, but many guests find this route to be the most cost-conscious. We’ll share more detailed ferry info and tips as the date gets closer to help make your travel smooth and easy.

Flight

San Juan, Puerto Rico (SJU) + Short Flight to Tortola

Some guests prefer to book a flight to San Juan and then take a short connecting flight on regional airlines like Silver Airways or Cape Air to Tortola. It's a good middle ground between cost and convenience.
