We have cabins available onsite, please let us know if you would like to reserve a bed in your RSVP. Other hotels nearby include the Hilton in Scotts Valley or the Brookdale Lodge.
Kind of! We'll start the festivities off Friday night with a taco party, and guests who have opted to stay in the cabins are welcome to stay both Friday and Saturday night. Saturday morning can be reserved for a peaceful stroll in the woods before the ceremony as we get ready. If you are not staying in the cabins, we ask that guests arrive at 3 for our 3:30 pm ceremony. Saturday night guests are welcome to stay in the cabins. Sunday morning after cleanup, we are planning a farewell brunch that all are welcome to attend. All that being said, feel free to RSVP to one or all of the planned events. We are just happy to celebrate with you!
We will have catering for both Friday and Saturday nights, breakfast and lunch on Saturday will not be formally provided (although we will absolutely have snacks available). The cabins each have a kitchenette, or there are many restaurants nearby (ask Katie and Will for recommendations).
Guests are welcome to join us the night before at 5 PM for a taco truck dinner party to kick off the weekend!
Taco night will be casual, please wear cocktail attire for the ceremony. Our theme colors are autumn related, think burnt orange, shades of brown or beige (but whatever color you wear, we’re just happy to have you here!)
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to find your seats.
Plus-ones will be reserved for established couples only due to capacity limitations.
