The ceremony will be held in Grand Teton National Park, surrounded by the incredible views of the mountains, lakes, and wildlife. Exact location is located on the schedule page.
Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) is the closest and most convenient option. It’s just a short drive to the park and surrounding lodges.
September in the Tetons is typically mild during the day (60s–70s°F) and chilly at night (30s–40s°F). Dress in layers and be prepared for sunshine, wind, or a quick rain shower—mountain weather is unpredictable!
The ceremony will be outdoors on natural terrain, so think semi-formal or dressy-casual attire with a practical twist. If you’d like to wear heels, opt for a thicker heel or wedge to avoid sinking into the ground. Comfortable footwear is key! Also, be sure to bring a light jacket or shawl for the cooler evening temps.
We love your little ones, but the ceremony itself will be adults-only. Kids are welcome to join for the cocktail-style dinner reception at the National Museum of Wildlife Art; however, please note that children must be closely supervised at all times due to the nature of the venue. Because the museum has valuable exhibits and delicate spaces, we strongly recommend this be an adult-focused or older-kids-only evening. To avoid any stress (or liability!), we kindly suggest arranging childcare during the celebration.
Unfortunately, no. Due to permit restrictions on the number of guests, we are unable to accommodate additional plus-ones. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We’ve put together a detailed schedule on our wedding website that outlines the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and any additional events planned for the day. Please check the schedule page for the most up-to-date timeline and event details.
Guests will need to rent a car for the weekend. Grand Teton National Park and the surrounding areas are best explored by car, and it’ll give you the flexibility to get to the ceremony site, your lodging, and all the scenic spots nearby. Rentals are available at Jackson Hole Airport and in town.
Yes, all guests entering Grand Teton National Park will need a park pass. You can purchase a day pass at the entrance or online ahead of time.
So much! Grand Teton National Park has hiking, wildlife spotting, kayaking, scenic drives, and fishing. Jackson is also full of restaurants, shops, and Western charm. Check out our things to do tab on the website for more ideas!
