Katie and Katie, dubbed "Ba" and "Bo" to differentiate, have been friends since the age of 12. Through boarding school, different colleges and multiple out-of-state moves they've remained close friends (despite lots of high school girl drama).

Julia and Katie met Katie's freshman year at Appalachian State - Julia was Katie's RA! Now lovingly referred to as wife/ride-or-die/Bill, Katie and Julia recently celebrated their 10 year "anniversary."

Cath and Katie have navigated adulting together after buying houses one block away from each other on the same week. On top of loving each other, their doggos, Lucy and Birdie, are BFFs.

Matt and Weston met through a Mercy Hill Community Group. Matt was leading Weston's group on Wednesday nights for nearly 3 years; and as you can imagine, seeing someone weekly tends to bring you all together. They've been through many spiritual seasons together. Matt also works in public service, so the common ground has really grown their friendship. If you spend any amount of time around them, you'll soon find they never seem to run out of ridiculous jokes.
Caleb Barker

Caleb and Weston met through Mercy Hill. At first, neither one of them were sure they'd end up being friends. They both have extremely strong personalities, and God has used Caleb for a lot of Weston's gospel-growth over the last several years. Caleb and Weston have never been more than a phone call away. God has laid it on both of their hearts to serve the Yanesha people of Peru, so hopefully you'll see them both overseas spreading the Good news of Christ in the near future.
Duane Kinter
Groomsman
Duane and Weston met through Guilford County EMS where they both work. Weston first met Duane when he was randomly asked "do you play golf?" back in 2015. Two weeks, a set of eBay Cobra golf clubs, and a Craigslist golf bag later, they've been golfing buddies and best friends ever since. Kinter supervised Weston for nearly a year which is where they really got to know each other. Now, they both serve on the Special Operations Unit together, and remain great friends outside of the team. Katie and Duane like to act like they hate each other, but they're basically best friends.
