She said 'Wes'!

Like many singles in 2020, Katie and Wesley turned to Hinge to try their luck at online dating. A couple of fateful swipes later, and they were having their first date together at Founding Farmers. Legend has it that Katie spent 99% of the date talking, and Wesley spent 99% of the date listening--which, as most know, is their dynamic to this day. But hey, opposites attract, and the rest is history! From commuting between West Chester and Conshy to see each other, to living together in Manayunk and finally settling in their home in Chestnut Hill, Katie and Wesley like to say they've lived a lot of life in their five years together. They've navigated a great deal of love and also loss, many hours of grad school, a few career changes, a couple of travel snafus, multiple laps around Epcot and, of course, lots of hours at the shore together. Katie and Wesley are so excited to be entering into this next chapter together, and cannot wait to celebrate with you all in one of their favorite places.
